SUMMARY:2023 Yankalilla Classic Motor Show
DESCRIPTION:Applications have now opened for the 2023 event to be held at the Yankalilla Showgrounds Sunday 19th of November.\nAs you may know, last years event was cancelled due to local flooding and we have contacted most members who were attending last years postponed event to confirm attendance together with their receipt of replacement tickets for this year.\nWe have contacted the organisers on behalf of members who advised us they had not received a 2023 ticket and we will provide your details along with new attendees for 2023 with your replacement ticket to be resent early October.\nLink for the registration form together with a copy of the event regulations for any member wishing to join the dozen or so of us currently registered are below.\n\n\n\n    \n        \n            \n            \n                2023 Yankalilla show entry form\n                 1 file(s)  298.64 KB\n            \n            \n                Login is required to access this page Login\n            \n        \n    \n\n\n \n\n\n    \n        \n            \n            \n                Yankalilla show event regulations\n                 1 file(s)  91.90 KB\n            \n            \n                Login is required to access this page Login\n            \n        \n    \n\n\n\nAs with last years event the club will offer to pay the $15-00 entrance fee (covering entrance for car, driver and a passenger) to encourage participation and give back to members.\nWe ask that you return your entry form to the Treasurer email address (can be found in club magazine) prior to Friday 29 September to allow plenty of time to finalise entry and ticketing by the event date\nFurther details regarding muster point for the day will be forwarded closer to the event but like previous years we would expect to meet at the old Pt Road clubrooms carpark to cruise up the expressway to Yankalilla footy club oval, rendezvous with southern members and those finding their own way, before arriving together at the showgrounds and parking up as a group.\nPlease read the event regulations and in particular note that once in the showgrounds there is no option to leave prior to 2.30pm and it is a dry event\nForms can be emailed back to the treasurer email address, posted or brought to August/September meetings, we will acknowledge receipt and the treasurer can be contacted by phone on the number listed in the club magazine with any queries.\nPrevious events have been well attended and a good day out with organisers confident we will find this years event bigger and better.\nWe look forward to seeing you on the day\n
